Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide pictures and/or videos via Email with your order number. This needs to be completed within 48 hours of the package being marked "delivered"

We are also not responsible if your order got delivered to the wrong address - either by you entering the wrong address or the delivering company delivering it wrong.
